This week was trim, plumbing and the start of HVAC work. A couple of the old end vents rotted out, so Jake made some awesome replacement pieces at the shop.HVAC folks started running ducts this week. That's just awesome to see those in place. I can't wait to enjoy a nice, climate-controlled day in there in a few months. Better than the 42 degrees the place got to last November.
Plumbers went at it with gusto this week. We found a good drain for the old cast iron tub.
Chris and Nate went at the siding and exterior trim again this week. Siding's mostly up; waiting on flashing and a couple of the new windows to come in.
