You know, it was sort of a slow week. They dug the footer for the back side of the wrap around porch. Thursday afternoon the concrete folks showed up. I guess it wasn't a particularly fun day for them. The first load they tried to get through the pump had stones that were too large and kept clogging the pump up, so they had to call another truck in.I didn't see anybody show up on Friday. I think that's the first full "office day" they've taken. I don't blame them one bit though - it's been non-stop since mid-May, and they are way ahead of schedule.
Fortunately they put a bunch of felt paper up on the roof, because it rained a whole bunch over the weekend.
