Yesterday, the State Review Board of the Tennessee Historical Commission recommended listing 172.5 acres of Murphy Springs Farm on the National Register of Historic Places. Within 30 days the nomination will be sent to the Office of the Keeper of the National Register, where it will be reviewed, placed on the Federal Register for public comment, and hopefully approved and listed.
The nomination can be downloaded here.
