Tomorrow (Wednesday) at 7PM WBIR, the local NBC affiliate, is going to air a special from the Heartland Series called Christmas Furlough. Some of the scenes were shot here at the farm, some at nearby houses and some more out at the cousins' place in Grangier County!
Filming occurred the weekend before Thanksgiving. It was really neat to have a local string band playing on the porch. That gives me a few ideas for a Knox Heritage Summer Supper theme next year....
